Two minutes to a healthy, guilt-free chocolate pudding? Sign me up! I made this recipe using avocado, raw cacao and maple syrup to create a rich and creamy craving crusher!

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup coconut milk (canned, full fat) 

2 tbsp Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate (Cold water soluble, a great source of protein and gives a nice pudding consistency) - Optional

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Handful of fresh berries as garnish

Method:

Add all ingredients (except berries) to a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Serve with berries on top, and maybe a little coconut whip if you're feeling really WILD:)
